ESEF Maakindustrie puts the focus on a sustainable future.

At ESEF, ‘The manufacturability of tomorrow’ takes centre stage, according to Ricardo Vivas: “While automation creates challenges on the labour market, the manufacturing industry is undergoing a transformation through digitalisation with IoT and AI. Sustainability is also receiving increasing attention, with a focus on green production and recycling. These crucial themes are extensively addressed in various activities at the fair. We have set up the Future Arena for knowledge sessions on topics such as energy consumption, robotics and supply chain integration. In addition, we have created a ‘career street’ on the exhibition floor, where visitors can find inspiration on the progression and development of staff.”

In addition, explanations will be given on how to achieve a controllable, reproducible and error-free production process. Ricardo Vivas says of this: “I look forward to welcoming all the experts from the manufacturing industry to the Jaarbeurs. The upcoming edition promises to be a unique opportunity for professionals to meet one another, exchange ideas and discover the latest developments in the manufacturing industry.”

‘Make’ and ‘buy’ brought together under one roof.

ESEF and TechniShow take place simultaneously and together form the largest platform in the Benelux in the field of industrial production technology, processing and machining of metals, plastics, accessories and tools. This unique combination brings ‘make’ and ‘buy’ under one roof. Companies, research institutes, educational institutions and government organisations come together here for demonstrations, innovations and networking opportunities. Ricardo Vivas emphasises: “Visitors are warmly welcome to attend both trade fairs and thereby discover a perfect combination of ‘make and buy’ solutions.” ESEF Maakindustrie is the largest event in the Benelux in the field of supply, outsourcing, product development and engineering.
