MULTIFIX Group is taking another major step in its expansion strategy. With the acquisition of Menaparts BV, it gains not only additional capacity but, above all, strategic knowledge, an international supplier network and 30 years of experience.
The acquisition of Menaparts – an Eindhoven-based specialist in metal and plastic manufactured parts for OEMs and wholesalers – fits seamlessly within Multifix's long-term vision: full control over its customers' production process.

A smart move in a competitive manufacturing industry
The combination of Menaparts' existing customer base, its strong relationships in countries such as China, India and Eastern Europe, and the leadership of founder Peter van Heeswijk make this step particularly strategic.
Menaparts' operations will be integrated into the Multifix Group in phases, while preserving the personal approach for which Menaparts is known. Peter will remain actively involved over the coming years to pass on his knowledge and network.
