What data we process
- Contact and request forms: name, email, company, phone, your message and any uploaded documents.
- Quote requests (marketplace): the specifications and documents you provide, plus your contact details.
- Newsletter: your email address and language choice.
- Supplier registration: company and contact details.
- Analytics and visitor data: only after your consent (see the cookie policy).
- Technical logs: IP address and request data, kept briefly for security.
Purposes and legal bases
- Handling your request and matching you with suitable suppliers — performance of/steps toward a contract and our legitimate interest.
- Sending the newsletter — based on your consent (double opt-in).
- Analytics and visitor recognition — solely based on your consent.
- Security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest.
Recipients and processors
We use service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosting (United States, with appropriate safeguards).
- Neon — database.
- Resend — sending emails.
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI processing of content and requests.
- Google Analytics — website statistics (only after consent).
- Leadinfo — business visitor recognition (only after consent).
Transfers outside the EEA
Some processors handle data outside the EEA, with appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Retention
We keep data no longer than necessary: requests and leads for follow-up and administration; newsletter sign-ups until you unsubscribe; technical logs briefly.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@marketingfactorysaris.nl. Change your cookie consent via “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the site.
Complaints
You can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption, access control, security headers). See also /.well-known/security.txt.
