MCM has acquired a stake in Verbi, a specialist in moulds, tools and instruments. The move adds targeted technical expertise to the MCM Group and strengthens its position within the manufacturing sector.

A wider range of processes

Through the partnership, Verbi's specialist knowledge in moulds and tooling becomes a permanent part of the group. At the same time, MCM expands its service package with new machining techniques. Processes such as spark erosion and grinding now come within reach, allowing the group to offer clients a more complete range of capabilities.

More capacity for Verbi

For Verbi, the stake mainly brings greater room to grow. The company gains access to additional production capacity and broader technical possibilities. This enables Verbi to take on larger or more complex orders without losing its focus on precision work.

For existing customers, little changes in practice. Familiar contacts and working methods remain in place, while behind the scenes there is now scope for additional services.

Relevance for manufacturing

The combination fits a broader trend in which suppliers in metalworking are bundling their activities. Manufacturers increasingly want a single partner able to handle the entire chain, from tool building to finishing operations. By bringing together knowledge and capacity, MCM responds to that demand.

For customers in manufacturing, the partnership means they can eventually rely on a wider array of processes under one roof, with shorter lines of communication and more flexibility in production.
