On 11 and 12 June 2025, Vision, Robotics & Motion returns to the Brabanthallen in ’s-Hertogenbosch. This annual event, organised by Mikrocentrum, provides a platform where the manufacturing industry is informed and inspired by technologies that support and optimise production processes.

Smart and Scalable Automation

This year's theme is “smart and scalable automation: from necessity to advantage”. With a broad range of topics, from AI Vision and cobots to the business case for humanoid robots, the event focuses on practical applications that companies can implement immediately. Charlotte de Jong, programme manager at Mikrocentrum, emphasises the importance of concrete applications and customer cases presented by exhibitors to show visitors what automation can mean for their business.

Collaboration and Education

A notable aspect of this edition is the collaboration with organisations such as TNO, Koninklijke Metaalunie, FME and NXTGEN Hightech. These partners contribute to the congress programme and focus specifically on supporting SMEs in automating their processes. In addition, there is attention for the Digital Industry Boost project, a public-private partnership aimed at increasing labour productivity through digitalisation and training. Fieke van Boxmeer, project leader at Digital Industry Boost, underlines the importance of digitalisation and training in maintaining and strengthening companies' competitiveness.

Innovations and Demonstrations

On the exhibition floor, visitors can expect a variety of innovations and live demonstrations. The Cobot Community, for example, will demonstrate cobots that show how these technologies can support the manufacturing industry. In addition, for the first time a humanoid robot, the Unitree G1 from Smartrobot.solutions, will be on display at Vision, Robotics & Motion. In his keynote, futurist Randall van Poelvoorde will explore the business case for humanoid robots in the manufacturing industry.
